To process the return you would have up to 14 calendar days after you receive the garment. In the event that the garment arrives in bad condition or damaged, it would have to be communicated within the first 48 hours after delivery of the order. The customer assumes the shipping and there are different options for shipping:
- By Correos with a return label. You must fill in your data and in the reference you must put the order number. This service has a cost of 3.40€ (except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla which has a cost of 5.60€) which would be deducted from the amount of the voucher, the link to generate the label with your data (your name, your address and zip code) is https://www.correos.es/es/es/particulares/enviar/devolver-un-paquete/portal-de-devoluciones?identificador=D89TEBUGANCO In the 'reference' section you must add the order number of our website (a 6-digit number).
In the case that all the sections are not filled in, you must put the cell phone horizontally.
- By MRW with a home collection or office delivery. This service has a cost of 4.20€ that would be discounted from the amount of the voucher (It is the fastest option because you would have the voucher in one or two working days after the collection). If you want this option, you must let us know to send you a link where you can request the return or delivery in office as you wish.
- On your own by the courier company of your choice (The delivery address would be Bugan
